"Great Filling Station Holdup" had a "Midnight Rider" tease

"Grapefruit Juicy Fruit, and Jolly Man" were performed with a stripped down version of the Coral Reefer Band on a platform at back of the stage facing the people who had seats behind the stage, a nice gesture if ya ask me :)
