captain_philThe folks made it down safely last Saturday. Despite the weather the deck and fence are both about 90% done, they are going to come back down in a few weeks to finish up, I think it's just a plot to hit the Golden Corral for breakfast again (they now have STEAK for breakfast! woohooo!!)
This morning, the hawks in the woods behind the ranch slept in till about 7 or so. I still don't know exactly how many there are, but it's at least one nest of them. OK, I just looked out the window and caught a glimpse of one of the hawks. It's not a hawk, it's more like a Roc. I'm afraid to go outside now, I might get carried off like in one of the old Ray Harryhausen Sinbad movies.
I'll probably be laying kinda low here for the next few days, I've got a flareup of tendonitis again. OUCH! I think I'll have to see a Dr about this. It's been bothering me for a bit too long.
