It's back to the grind this week, my first full work week in the past couple of weeks.

Good things do come to those who wait, but the race yesterday wasn't one of them. What's up with rain and races lately?

I spent yesterday running to the store, and doing some other odds and ends around the house, watching the race, and trying not to distract

yourbasketbuddy who had some work to do. Aren't I nice :)

I hit the pool for a bit, the water felt great, about 86 degrees.

Rocky's leg is better this morning, he's been running and jumping around this morning, I guess a cheeseburger cured it!
