1. Captain Phil, because shortly before the apartments in Kenova fell to total skankdom, I used to take smoke breaks with the neighbor who called me Captain Phil for some odd reason, I just hung onto it.
I think it's more of a superhero thing rather than a ranking though, but I'm still not wearin tights!!
