Work today wasn't too bad, just checked on the equpiptment in Kenova to try to find out why it was going off in the evenings at random times, the only thing I could find was a loose set screw on the mainline. then it was sweep and helping a guy change some filters. At some point over the day I did a slide down the ladder to the bucket (kinda like on Guns of Navaronne, but not intentional) and banged my shin on the bumper, I've got a pretty good sized knot on my shin (about the size of my hand), I'm going to skip working out this evening and just get some ice on it. Good thing I don't have any plans for Valentine's Day plans, otherwise I'd have to scrap them.

Gah Local news is covering "The Huntington Heros" indoor football team. I can't believe someone is trying it again. They are trying it at a smaller venue,but I still give it one season.
